Willow Charcoal

are these the right charcoal pencils?
Im in a drawing class and my teacher asked us to ge vine charcoal pencils jumbo but all the store had was willow is this the same i need to know before class
Willow is one type of vine charcoal, so called because of the wood it was made from. I wouldn't call it a pencil, though; charcoal pencils are encased in wood.
