Yes you need books I have six paasche air brushes I been To their HQ in Chicago remember to keep it clean. by books I mean how to do it . Rotring is one of the top of line paints but don't stop or start there.I like so many paints but a good place to purchase all the stuff you will need, is www.pearlpaint.com. Books I recommend are first The Complete Guide to Painting And Drawing Techniques and Materials. The Advanced Airbrush Book.page 70&71 a must The Airbrush Studio
