how can i start to practice my art/drawing skills?
i am not that good but not that bad.

i would like to draw people.but its too hard.
You have to keep drawing. Nobody was very good when they first started. If you want to draw people, start small. Start sketching an eye or a nose or lips. Then once you've perfected that move on to the entire face. Just keep building in complexity.
