Colour Cobalt
Colour Cobalt
Can someone give me ideas for my science project?

I'm supposed to make a display for the periodic element Cobalt. It can't be 2D. The human uses for cobalt are:
alloys
colour for glassware( cobalt glass)
magnets
ceramics
and paint pigment
Any ideas how I can portray cobalt in a creative way?
Please help!
Thanks in advance!

One way would be to get some materials that use cobalt and display them. You could also use a model kit or tinker toys or something to make a replica of the crystalline structure. You can use a globe to map where we get cobalt from. Check out the wikipedia page to see if there are any other uses you are missing: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobalt

In the end, it may be difficult to make cobalt exciting, but I'm sure you'll do great!
