Stencil Always

Have you recently gotten into stenciling? Well it is a very fun thing to do especially if you are into art. You can try looking at various stencil designs that can be found online to help you draw inspiration for your very own stencils or you can just start doodling free hand.
By doing so, you get to exercise your own creativity in coming up with unique designs. However, in stenciling, you should also consider how well will a drawing or art work translate into an actual stencil. Remember you must also be skillful in cutting out stencils as well to make more intricate designs work.
So aside from practicing your drawing skills, you should also make it a point to practice on making stencils. You can easily do this with coloring books. Just get some of those cheap children’s coloring books from the bookstore and try to create stencils from those. Aside from making sure to stay on the lines, your stencils shouldn’t have any tears either as the paint will leak and ruin the design. While it is very important that you stay creative in coming up with your stencil designs, you must also ensure that your stencils does serve its purpose.
From alphabets to cartoon figures to borders and shapes, don’t just rely on existing designs, always try to think of ways on how to personalize the designs for your own stencils. This way you won’t just end up with something that is unique but something that truly expresses your individuality and personal taste.
