Premier Colored

Where can I get open stock prismacolor colored pencils?
I'm looking for cheap (under $1) premier prismacolor colored pencils (open stock). I live in Northwest Indiana. Michael's has some colors, but not all. I just ordered a bunch from Dick Blick and realized I missed a color. It is not worth the $7 + S&H to order my one pencil. I really wish I could find a store around here.
