Painting Brush

What's the best type of brush and paint to use for painting a bathroom ceiling?
usually you want bathroom and or kitchen paint to be washable. that used to mean a satin or semigloss. however they are making flat paints now that are washable. i prefer a flat paint on a ceiling but it is up to your preference. use a quality paint. don't go for a home store bargain. ever any room. you don't need much so spend the extra 10 bucks per gallon. and i would use a roller not a brush. more even coating and less brush marks obviously. the nap will depend on the texture, but again get a quality roller. it pays off in the long run. and do a good job preping. preping will save alot of time down the road.
