Cad Red

Oil burner sparks but produces no oil help?
Today I changed the thermostat and when i turned it on the burner would instantly shut off. I went downstairs and realized the red button you push to manually turn on the burner was stuck in. I freed it and the burner turned on and stayed on for about a minute then shut up and the cad light came on. Looking through the observer window, i realized i could only see spark from the ignition but no flame or presence of oil. There is plenty oil in the tank,a new gauge for the oil tank, and the setting for the oil flow rate is high. What should I do?
The possible problems are as follows,

Clogged spray nozzle
clogged supply line/ filter
