Artists Oil

What do artists sign their oil painting with? I tried signing with oil paint, and it looks messy.?
I am trying to figure out how the famous artists sign their artworks with clean and pretty signatures, I couldnt do that with thinnest brush there is. Do you think they used the calligraphy pen? or what?
The masters signature looks so good because they painted hundreds if not thousands of paintings. After a while you get the hang of it.
I use a small brush and paint it in just like rest of the painting.
Don't be discouraged, practice makes perfect, Don't use anything other than oil paint since most markers and pencils are not as permanent.
Use this wood handled offset spatula set for a variety of tasks. Great for artist's preference, hobbists and many other personal & professional crafts uses.
