Art Set
What is the best art set?
I want to get my teacher a present. He is an amazing artist so I thought that an art set would be a great thing to get him. By art set I mean like a set with like special drawing paper, ink or awesome colored pencils. The problem is I dont know where I can buy them. Can anyone tell me where to buy one its has to be a truly amazing art set.

However, get the best you can afford even if it is in a smaller quantity than you think might be suitable. For serious artists, amateur or professional, the quality rather than the quantity of things like paper and pencils really matters a great deal. You can't get the same results with the cheap stuff, and if it's really poor quality, then the artwork itself can fade or degrade in some fashion.
My personal favorite for colored pencils are Prismacolor (sometimes referred to as Berol Prismacolor). You can use them on different papers, wood, cloth, artist boards, etc. Their rich colors blend beautifully and can be combined with other media. Many professional illustrators use them.
