Acrylic Paint

How to remove DRY acrylic and oil paint completely from a canvas?
I have 3 of paintings - 1 oil paint, 2 acrylic paint
I did them a while back and I don't really like them any more.
They are all dried so I want to completely remove all of the paint from the canvases
I don't mind if the canvas is slightly discolored because I am going to paint on them again.
I cant take off the canvas because they are from a shop, two are box canvases and one is a board canvas.
though you can use something like acetone, (nail polish remover) , or paint stripper (for furniture)
the efficiency and cost of doing so, may be greater, than to buy three new canvases.
plus once you remove layers of paint, you would also be damaging the canvas material,
weakening the fabric and weave, so again it may be wiser to leave those paintings as is,
or redo them with new features, and buy new canvas for new paintings,
